We understand that you desire your building to be perfectly erected on your lot. To achieve this, please ensure that all vegetation is removed from the installation area, the land is LEVEL, and all debris is cleared away.
Flat ground does not necessarily mean level ground. A tilted land can literally open up a can of worms. It invites rodents, mice, and other creatures such as snakes into your building. Moreover, a non-level surface requires extra labor as our subcontracted crews will need to cut legs on-site for proper installation.
